Privacy policy
The short version: we use your details to answer your enquiry and run your project, and for nothing else. We don't sell or share your data. The detail follows.

Who we are
Plan-it Partnership Limited (registered in England & Wales, company no. 08033877) is a residential planning and building-regulations consultancy based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. For anything in this policy, contact us at info@planitpartnership.co.uk or on 01926 350883.
What we collect, and why
Enquiry details. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: name, contact details, property postcode and your message. We use them to respond to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to carry out the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, then the contract itself.
Project information. If we work for you, we hold the information the project needs: measured survey data, drawings, application documents and correspondence with the council. Planning applications submitted to a local authority become part of the public planning register; that is how the planning system works, and we'll tell you what will be public before we submit.
Website analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are used only to understand how the site is used in aggregate. No analytics data is used to identify you or combined with your enquiry details.
How the contact form works
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service that passes your submission to our email inbox. Your submission is used for delivery only and is not used by the service for any other purpose.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within a reasonable period. Project records are kept for as long as professional and legal obligations require, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email info@planitpartnership.co.uk and we'll respond. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
